Rizz-Blog

Side Project

This blog is my hobby space — a place where I learn in public and build things slowly, honestly, and end-to-end.

One side of it is systems and ML.
The Forecasting for Portfolio Optimisation project is my attempt to understand how a production-grade ML system actually works beyond notebooks — data flow, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and all the messy backend realities that come with it. It’s less about predicting markets and more about learning how real ML systems survive in the wild.

The other side is writing and design.
The Minimalist Text Editor exists because I got tired of opening Word or Docs and thinking about fonts, margins, and formatting instead of my thoughts. This editor removes all of that. No noise. No decisions. Just a blank space to write exactly what’s on your mind — the way writing should feel.

Together, these projects reflect how I learn:
by building, breaking, polishing, and caring about both how systems work and how they feel to use.
